Outdoor Yoga at Crozet Park

✨ Summer Solstice Outdoor Yoga ✨

Celebrate the arrival of summer with us under the open sky.

Join us at 7:00 AM at the local park for a special Summer Solstice yoga practice as we welcome the longest day of the year with movement, breath, and community. This all-levels class will be grounding, energizing, and designed to help you start the season feeling refreshed and connected.

This class is donation-based, and 100% of proceeds will benefit the new Crozet Park Project to support this exciting investment in our community.

Bring your mat, water, and a friend—we’ll take care of the rest.

Yoga for Tweens mini Summer Camp

Yoga for Tweens Camp:

Give your tween a week to move, unwind, and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment. This 5-day yoga camp is designed specifically for ages 8-13 and blends movement, mindfulness, and creativity to help kids feel strong, calm, and connected.

Each day includes a mix of yoga flow, strength-building, games, and relaxation. We’ll also introduce simple tools for managing stress, improving focus, and building positive self-talk—skills they can take with them into school, sports, and everyday life.

Daily Schedule

Opening Circle (10–15 min)
Introduction, intention setting, and a simple mindfulness or breathing exercise

Yoga Flow + Strength (30–40 min)
Fun, dynamic movement to build strength, balance, and body awareness

Games & Connection (15–20 min)
Interactive games and partner activities to keep things playful and social

Snack Break (10–15 min)
Time to refuel and relax (kids bring their own snack)

Creative/Mindfulness Activity (20–25 min)
Journaling, simple workshops, or activities focused on confidence, emotions, and self-awareness

Wind Down + Relaxation (10–15 min)
Gentle stretching, guided relaxation, and rest to end each day feeling calm and reset

This camp is open to all levels—no prior yoga experience needed. Neurodivergent students welcome.
